I'm working with a dynamic and growing company to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with some Accounts Payable experience and is eager to expand their skill set and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
- Hybrid: 3 days in 2 days from home
- Location: London
What can you expect?
- Handling a high volume of invoice processing on a weekly basis.
- Allocating payments within bank statement.
- Conducting regular payment runs.
- Preparing and sharing remittance advice with suppliers.
- Completing weekly bank postings and reconciliations.
- Assisting with general administrative duties as needed.
What skills & attributes will you bring?
- Proficient in computer use, with a solid understanding of MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Keen eye for detail.
- Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to developing new skills.
- Resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable is essential.
