Responsibilities:
- Enter, cost, and pay supplier bills and staff expenses.
- Raise subcontractor orders and assist with payments.
- Manage the database of all suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with other ad-hoc compliance exercises.
- Support the team in any additional matters that arise.
Skillset Required:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Training will be provided in our client's bespoke accounting software.
- Experience in a finance role or a similar position.
