Are you looking for a dynamic and varied part time role in finance? A vibrant and fast-paced creative studio is on the lookout for an enthusiastic a 3 days a week Assistant Accoutant to join their team and support the Head of Finance with transactional finance and month-end processes.

  • Process purchase invoices and prepare weekly payment runs
  • Reconcile customer and supplier statements
  • Handle expenses and business credit card processing
  • Manage credit control and respond to member finance queries
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliations
  • Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Post transactions and journals
  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and month-end tasks
  • Develop an understanding of accounts preparation and Trial Balance processes
  • Contribute to system and process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly, proactive, and a great team player
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for finance and business operations
