They value the expertise of our team members and offer opportunities for personal development and career progression within the company.   THE ROLE:It is an exciting hands-on role working directly with the Finance Director. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar role and who wishes to gain more experience.- Bookkeeping on Quickbooks in multicurrency- Run monthly payroll- Maintain fixed assets register- Identify opportunities to simplify/improve accounts processes and internal controls- Answer and investigate any accounting related queries- Verifying and reconciling contractors tables with billing information- Streamline processes to assist with revenue recognition and cost accruals- Prepare and submit HMRC returns (VAT & EC Sales List)- Own AP process; preparing cashflow report and payment file on weekly basis- Support Month-end reports and various other management reportsKEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- ACCA / ACA / CIMA part qualified or studying towards their qualification.- Has experience in a similar role and demonstrated efficient, accurate and timely accounting.- Previous payroll preparation experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Effective communication skills to work with colleagues at all levels within the business.- Self-starter with an eye for details and willingness to go above and beyond their job role.- Ability to work under pressure in a commercial environment to tight deadlines.- Quickbooks experience would be an advantage.- Financial modelling experience and knowledge.- Experience working in a dynamic/commercial environment.SALARY & BENEFITS:- £40,000 - £45,000- Excellent Holiday Allowance- Performance Bonus- Quarterly Profit Share Scheme- Regular team events- Life insurance and income protection- Home working payment when joiningPlease apply today by sending your CV.No overseas applicants please; visa applications will not be considered.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
