Assistance in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Analysing budget variations.
Assisting the audit process.
Posting and Approving Purchase Invoices as well as timesheets
Prepayments and accruals.
Credit control.
Reconciliations -balance sheet, bank, direct costs, revenue etc.
Posting journals.
Making supplier payments

Assistant Accountant

P/L Review.
Invoicing clients.
Handling expense claims through Xero.
Managing the accounts inbox.
VAT claims
Dealing with general queries.
