Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, working in a team of 3 in Finance, your responsibilities include:
- Receive and process all purchase invoices
- Raising sales invoices
- Posting credit card receipts
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Calculate and submit monthly VAT return.
- Posting journals, accruals and prepayments
- Assist with month end management accounts preparation including balance sheet reconciliations
- Support annual audits and other financial compliance.
- Ad hoc finance projects
- Support with Xero integration process
Profile
You must have strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking as well as being able to assist with various month end tasks.
