We are seeking a Finance Assistant for a prestigious Family Office. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong accounting background, aiming for long-term career progression within the Family Office and Commercial Property sectors.
About the Client:
Our client is a growing Family Office with a diverse portfolio of commercial property investments across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Singapore, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and France. They also manage accounting and administration for several trading companies globally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple entities with small volume, high-value transactions.
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and management accounts.
- Process expenses and manage payroll, including submissions.
- Set up payments using Barclays.Net and similar banking applications.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and Property on various tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience reporting to senior management.
- AAT or ACA part-qualified; sponsorship for further study available.
- Experience with Barclays.NET and SAGE software preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.
