Description
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Reconciling bank accounts, balance sheets, and inter-company transactions.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing VAT returns and assisting with compliance requirements.
- Supporting the financial year-end process and liaising with external auditors.
- Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Profile
- Part-qualified status (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Experience working in the Financial Services sector.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with [specific software, if applicable] is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
