Location: London City CentreIndustry: Real Estate InvestmentType: Full-time, PermanentKey Responsibilities:

Assisting fund controllers with corporate entity management.
Coordinate cash flow forecasting for clients together with the fund controllers and the asset management team
Post journal entries into Yardi (e.g. accruals, provisions and revaluations).
Assist fund controllers with tax compliance (including VAT reporting).
Assist with the liquidation of entities where required including the maintenance of any deadline trackers implemented.
Support the fund controllers on the processing of invoices through the accounts payable system up to the payment of the invoice.

Prior Experience

1-2 years experience in a similar accounting role
Experience within Real Estate or other Financial Services is advantageous
Experience using Yardi
Strong knowledge with Microsoft (Excel, Pivot tables etc)
Strong academics at A level & University
Part Qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification
