Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and the bank.
- Maintain and update financial records in a timely manner.
- Participate in financial audits.

- Act as a point of contact for financial queries for both tenants and landlords.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in an accounting software.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
