As this global insurer continues their impressive growth and with one of their team having been promoted they are looking to recruit an additional part qualified accountant with insurance experience, into their reporting team.
As an integral part of the finance team, this broad role will work across the needs of finance including
- Assist with regulatory and statutory reporting for their group companies across the London market
- Technical reconciliations including both underwriting and technical control accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and preparation of regulatory returns
- Management reporting including expense reporting and analysis
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly US GAAP reporting
- Work on a variety of systems and process improvement projects
This role would suit an actively studying part qualified accountant with direct experience of working within the insurance market (either within industry or accountancy practice). You will be looking for a wide ranging finance role where there is an opportunity to learn and develop while gaining your qualification. This is an incredibly collaborative finance team and would be working for an organisation that prioritises staff development.
