Working Pattern: Full-Time, 9am-5pm

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Finance Assistant to provide support to our client, a well-established organisation. This is a temporary position for a duration of 1 month, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end financial statements and reports.
  • Daily tasks will include processing invoices, managing financial transactions, and reconciling accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and performing data entry tasks.
  • Assisting with the preparation of various financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Providing support during audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely processing of payments and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
