Salary Range:

• Semi Senior: £28,000 - £35,000
• Senior Level: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements for a diverse range of clients, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders, across various industries.
• Generate detailed accounting schedules to support balances and transactions reflected in financial statements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve any queries or discrepancies related to their accounts.
• Manage and meet strict reporting deadlines for financial submissions.
• Prepare accurate draft tax computations, ensuring the correct tax provision in accounts, including the calculation of deferred tax when applicable.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns in a timely manner.
• Analyze client financial records to streamline the accounts production process and identify key areas for efficiency.
• Provide support on additional tasks or ad-hoc assignments as needed to assist the wider finance team.

At the Senior level, you'll handle larger, more complex clients and take the lead with new clients.
