As a Fund Accounting Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in financial operations while working towards a professional qualification through their apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Administration: Maintain and update loan records in Dynamics 365, including interest payments and capital repayments.
  • Management Accounts & Reconciliations: Perform daily payment reconciliations and assist with monthly accounts.
  • Annual Reporting: Support the preparation of audited financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
  • Payment Processing: Raise and process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • VAT Returns: Assist with preparation, filing, and compliance.
  • Bond Management: Track and reconcile bond-related transactions.
  • Investor Valuations: Validate investor letters and ensure reporting accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK
