Your new company You will work for a thriving and expanding Media Production company, with offices based in the heart of LondonYour new roleIn this Junior Accounts Assistant job, you will join an existing finance team of six people. Your primary responsibilities will focus on:

  • Accounts Payable; processing supplier invoices, dealing with Purchase Ledger queries, preparation of payment runs
  • Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
  • Inputting of journals
  • Posting and coding of petty cash
  • General finance administration

What you'll need to succeedThis is an entry level role in which little to no experience is required. If you are a recent college leaver or graduate and are looking to kickstart your finance career, this could be the job for you! The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to learn, well-organised with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages (i.e. Excel, Word) and/or any accounting packages are advantageous but by no means essential. What you'll get in returnYou will work within a friendly and sociable finance team. Flexible working options are available with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home each week. Standard working hours are 9:30-17:30, Monday to Friday.
