Based in Central London, this role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, supporting the Senior Credit Controller and ensuring timely and accurate processing of client cash receipts. Responsibilities:
As a Junior Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the Accounts team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Senior Credit Controller by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client cash receipts. You will also handle cash allocation queries effectively and produce regular reports. Additionally, you will liaise with various internal and external stakeholders for remittances. Your role will also involve performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Processing cash received onto the accounts system
- Dealing with cash allocation queries in an effective and timely manner
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Liaising internally and externally for remittances
- Performing other ad hoc admin duties as and when required
- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client cash receipts coupled with all associated AR administration and reporting
