Full study support provided.

Responsibilities;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients using Sage 50 & Quickbooks Online software and manual systems where necessary.
  • Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures including reconciliation of ledger accounts.
  • Produce financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and corporation tax returns.
  • Preparing and submitting HMRC related returns including monthly PAYE/NI and quarterly VAT returns.
  • Processing client payrolls including addressing general payroll queries, pension submissions and related matters.
  • Providing administrative support and performing any other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Serving as the key contact between the company and clients, effectively addressing client queries, ensuring timely communication and building strong relationships.

Requirements;

  • 2 years of work experience within a UK practice
  • Fluent in French
  • Strong experience with both Quickbooks and Sage 50
