Our client, a registered charity, are looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant for their thriving finance team. They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Job responsibilities:
o Bank Reconciliations for Multi Bank Accounts
o Banking of Cheques o Preparing and posting relevant Journals
o Ensure that credits/refunds are authorised, issued and recorded promptly
o Processing Refunds via Barclaycard
o Preparing and posting journals for refunds that need to be processed in the payment run
o Raising Sales Invoices
o Inputting Sales Invoices manually onto the system
o Chasing Debtors for the invoices raised
o Ensure that all cash received is promptly and accurately allocated
o Processing Overseas Transfers via Online Banking
The client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible but will consider those on notice.
