Our client is a real estate investment and development company located in the heart of W1. We are seeing an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the financial operations of various SPV entities related to property development and construction.This position is full time office based, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and offers a supportive work environment. Candidates applying should have experience with Xero and be part qualified / qualified AAT as a minimum requirement in order to be considered for this role.Details will include:-Bank reconciliations for a portfolio of companies-Maintaining financial records via Xero-Reconciling cash flow records with bank statements-Preparing VAT returns for a portfolio of companies-Handling accounts payable and credit control-Processing payroll for 5 employees with the support of an external payroll agency-Overseeing CIS duties for construction compliance-Liaising with external accountants on all financial mattersThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper with strong bookkeeping skills and experience with Xero to become part of a fantastic team.
