I have a great role for a Client Accountant within a property company with a lovely high end independent agency. They are based in Sloane Square and are looking for someone who has an interest in accounts and numbers. If this sounds like you, please do get in touch!
Job role
Receipting rents received from the bank statements onto the system
Creating landlord statements
Chasing outstanding tenant’s rents by phone and email
Creating new accounts onto the system
Carrying out various reconciliations
Processing tenant refunds
Communicating with landlords and tenants on the phone
Carrying out various daily lettings accounts duties.
The candidate would need to be able to
Follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team time manage their day and meet deadlines use word and excel work under pressure.
