We're seeking a General Manager to lead operations for a high end insurance client in central London. This role is perfect for someone who understands the nuances of luxury hospitality, is a natural leader, and has a sharp business acumen.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering Excellence - Overseeing all operations to ensure flawless service, impeccable food presentation, and client satisfaction.
- Leading with Vision - Inspiring and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Driving Business Growth - Supporting the company Director in business development, sales visits, and external pitches to expand opportunities.
- Maximizing Profitability - Managing budgets, optimising costs, and ensuring financial targets are met without compromising on quality.
- Curating Premium Experiences - Leveraging your food and wine expertise to maintain the highest standards in hospitality.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in high-end restaurants, luxury catering, or five-star hospitality
- Highly presentable, professional, and confident in client-facing roles
- Strong leadership skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to inspire a team
- A deep understanding of fine dining, premium service, and food & wine pairings
- Degree educated (preferred but not essential)
