Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading mid-sized consultancy in their search for a Actuarial Analyst or Senior Actuarial Analyst to join their actuarial technical team | Those wanting to stop sitting actuarial exams also welcome to applyThis role will involve checking actuarial calculations and communicating results to team members and members of the client teams. Typical work may include actuarial valuation calculations, funding updates, transfer values, accounting disclosures, risk transfer calculations and GMP equalisation. Role requirements:

  • Defined Benefit actuarial experience, ideally from within another consultancy
  • Part-qualified IFoA or equivalent relevant experience
  • An understanding of the legislative framework and structure of defined benefit pension schemes
