Actuarial Consultant sought for by a market-leading consultancy. Our client is seeking a candidate who has experience working with Defined Benefit Pension Schemes to join them as an Actuarial Consultant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is making good progress towards Actuarial qualification to join a market-leading consultancy as an Actuarial Consultant.
Responsibilities of the Actuarial Consultant:
- Assuming responsibility for the assignment and completion of actuarial work for corporate and designated trustee customers in your portfolio
- Assisting the Scheme Actuary or Client Manager in client meetings and phone calls, or taking the lead in them
- Assuming accountability for the training of coworkers in our Early Careers programs
- Determining and putting into practice service enhancements where necessary
Experience of the Actuarial Consultant:
- A qualified actuary or someone who is partially qualified and making good progress on actuarial examinations
- Solid foundation in mathematics and the capacity to clearly communicate technological solutions
- Relevant industrial expertise and experience with pensions
