  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, hold an FIA qualification, and have GI actuarial reserving experience, with a competitive salary offered.

We have partnered with a market leading international business to find them an M&A Actuary. This is a fantastic opportunity to be on the front line of M&A deal making and spearhead some of the largest deals in re/insurance globally. The role is broad but includes:

  • Deliver high quality Reserve Assessments and Actuarial indications of viable business opportunities.
  • Using commercial acumen/analysis to assist senior management on multiple concurrent transactions.
  • Using a high level of communication in a central, pivotal Transactions team to assist in driving profitable business.
  • Post-deal integration support and shaping future structure/process.

  • FIA
