Leading pensions consultancy seeking a Senior Actuarial Consultant to join their dedicated Trustee Consulting team out of any of their UK offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Epsom, Farnborough, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, St. Albans

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading pensions consultancy seeking a Senior Actuarial Consultant to join their dedicated Trustee Consulting team out of any of their UK offices on a hybrid basis.

Within this role you will be responsible for acting as a specialist trustee pensions consultant, advising on strategic issues including valuations and funding negotiations, integrated risk management, risk settlement projects, PPF levy management and member options. You will lead day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients, with accountability for developing those relationships and take responsibility for the quality of work delivered to clients.

Role requirements:

  • FIA qualified with extensive post qual experience
  • Experience in trustee consulting on some or all of the above with experience in being a client lead
  • Comfortable in leading discussions with trustees and pensions managers
