Senior Actuarial Consultant sought for by our client who is seeking a candidate with significant Pensions Actuarial experience to join them as a Senior Actuarial Consultant.

Responsibilities of the Senior Actuarial Consultant:

  • Engaging in the formulation of actuarial policies concerning the valuation of occupational pension schemes, financial reporting, and advancements in pension legislation.
  • Serving as the primary supporting actuary for a collection of schemes, with a Scheme Actuary certificate being advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Offering actuarial and additional pension-related counsel to clients on technical, investment, and legislative matters pertaining to pensions.
  • Adhering to professional standards and guidelines.

Key Experience of the Senior Actuarial Consultant:

  • Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries
  • Ability to manage time and budget around a project
  • Strong knowledge of Pension Schemes
