Sonic Summary

Oliver James is seeking a contractor for a major insurance client to provide support with Stress and Scenario Testing.
The position is a day rate contract starting in Q1 2025, with an initial duration of 6 months and the possibility of extension.
Candidates must be UK tax residents and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, preferably FIA qualified or equivalent.
A strong knowledge of Stress and Scenario Testing, Internal Model structures, and SII background is required.
The contract rate will be dependent on experience and the IR35 status is classified as outside.

Oliver James is working with a major insurance client who require support with Stress and Scenario Testing.

This is a day rate contract, you must be a UK tax resident and live in the UK to apply.

Required experience: - FIA or qualified by experience in Life Insurance industry- Strong knowledge of Stress and Scenario Testing across TMTP, risk margin, MA and Best Estimate.- Thorough understanding of Internal Model from valuations and calibrations perspective. You must have good knowledge of how the Internal Model is set up and structured.- SII background
