Are you detail-oriented and passionate about education? We are seeking two part-time Exams Administrators to join our team. One position is term-time only, and both roles involve working 17.5 hours per week.

You will play a vital role in managing exam-related processes, providing administrative support across curriculum areas, and working closely with our Exams Manager to ensure smooth operations for external exams.

As an Exams Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support for all exam-related processes, ensuring compliance with JCQ and Awarding Body regulations. You will manage learner qualifications, including registrations, data entry, results, and certifications, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of exam regulations.

In this role, you will support the scheduling of exams, including invigilator allocation and preparation of paperwork for exam days, and act as an invigilator when needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.

What we are looking for:

You will hold a minimum of Level 2 or equivalent qualification in maths and English. You should also be educated to at least NVQ Level 3 or have relevant equivalent work experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administrative environment, using databases and inputting accurate data. You should also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages along with experience of maintaining computerised and paper based filing systems.

Interviews are scheduled for w/c 14th October 2024.
