Hatched Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities and we are looking for full time Administrator in the Greenwich area.

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support to front line staff carrying out such duties that are required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service, including distribution of mail and being the first point of contact (either by telephone, email or face to face). Deal sensitively with all enquires, assessing needs and providing the most appropriate response including advice and guidance, signposting to other sources of help and involving other internal and external professionals as necessary.

To lead on the tracking of data and collecting, collating, scrutinizing, interpreting and producing outputs and be responsible for implementing follow up actions and distributing information.

To undertake minutes of meetings to a high level of standards this may include sending invites and distribution of any documentations.

To be able to work on their own initiative, reliable, flexible and be able to adapt to changing situations. Someone who is able to work under pressure and learn systems quickly.

This post will be hybrid two days in the office 3 days at home but to start with we do expect the person to be in the office for a least 3 weeks training. A standard DBS is required for this role.
