I am seeking an experienced, efficient, and organised Administration Support to join a revolutionary outdoor advertising business based in West London. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the department, focusing on organisational tasks and acting as a liaison across teams.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Organise and manage data, ensuring our in-house CRM systems are up-to-date.
  • Prepare lease pack documentation for Board approval.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, acting as a point of contact for clients and landlords.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring all planning and build instructions are prepared accurately.
  • Handle enquiries via the main telephone line, manage phone calls and correspondence.
  • Conduct due diligence on all assets within our portfolio and appraise their value.
  • Maintain organised files and documents, including scanning and filing as required.
  • Oversee the development process to ensure all sites are organised and managed effectively.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned to support the Development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrator.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally engage with stakeholders, employees, solicitors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A driven, cooperative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
