They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant (part-time, 3 days per week) to provide high-quality administrative support and diary management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a five-star luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone calls, draft letters, manage correspondence, and take minutes.
- Liaise with members of the Board, organise Board meetings, and prepare Board papers.
- Proactively manage the Managing Director's diary, arranging meetings, events, and reservations.
- Support the administration of external bodies, including taking minutes for the Knightsbridge Association and Knightsbridge Neighbourhood Forum.
- Manage and minute quarterly Resident Committee meetings.
- Oversee company mobile phone administration and liaise with third-party providers.
- Assist with legal matters in coordination with the company's lawyers.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of HR, ensuring accurate record-keeping in the HR system.
- Maintain and manage The Boardroom and meeting facilities, including any related hospitality requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a professional and proactive approach.
- Experience in a similar administrative support role, ideally in a luxury environment.
