A prestigious law firm based in Central London, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support their Employment and CoCo (Commercial Contracts) teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal environment known for its client-focused approach and professional excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain schedules for team members, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Assist in the opening and organization of client and case files, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare correspondence, including confirmation letters and communications on behalf of the teams.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and contractors, facilitating a smooth integration into the teams.
  • Handle invoicing and accounts management tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
  • Arrange and schedule conference calls and meetings, managing logistics and communications.
  • Provide additional support and assistance to teams as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities.

Core working hours are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers flexible working arrangements, with a minimum requirement of 3 days in-office per week.
