Responsibilities

The Administration Team work on a rotational basis, some onsite and some working from home.

  • Prescription post duties - overseeing the prescription delivery and management system, and going to the post office.
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Booking follow up review appointments
  • Emailing reports and letters via secure methods
  • Electronic filing of documents received via email
  • Review, upload and update registration forms
  • Minuting meetings
  • Ordering and managing office stock items
  • Providing daily reception lists to reception
  • Support the tracking of complaints and their responses
  • Manage the monthly compliments newsletter
  • Support Operational team members with collation of documents
  • Support clinicians with administrative functions for report sharing uploading and collation
  • Ensuring clinic rooms are prepared before/after clinics

Ideal Candidate

  • We are looking for someone that can join our close-knit, supportive team who is organised, self-motivated, has great attention to detail, promotes excellent customer service skills and understands that the little details are important.
  • Private practice or psychiatry-clinic experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Filing of electronic documents
  • Review, upload and update registration forms
