- Manage admin tasks for their extensive portfolio of properties
- Arrange viewings and follow up on correspondence
- Provide general assistance around the office as needed
- Work closely with clients and deal with documentation
- Prior office work experience is advantageous
- Good understanding of Outlook and MS Office Packages
- Articulate, with strong written and verbal communication
- Outgoing, organised and proactive
- Confident and a diligent work ethic
