Westminster City Council is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated Building Safety Team. Based in the heart of London, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the Council's vital work in ensuring the safety and compliance of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities, As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Building Safety Team.
  • Manage and monitor the team's inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings to support effective decision-making.
  • Handle other administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team.

About You: We are looking for someone who is:
