An Administrative Assistant is sought to join a dynamic real estate investment organisation based in South Woodford. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management, providing vital administrative support in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and direct emails, handling requests and queries efficiently
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans
- Oversee HR-related tasks, including tracking leave and allowances
- Take minutes and produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Maintain an organised digital filing system
- Coordinate office supplies and manage invoices, bills, and insurance
- Ensure property compliance, manage property inventories, and oversee tenant deposit protection
- Follow up on property-related enquiries and organise property keys
Candidate Profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in the property sector is preferred but not essential
- A genuine interest in the real estate industry is required
