They also provide a curated selection of premium products through their physical and online retail stores.Position Overview:The client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team in the heart of London. This multifaceted role requires a proactive individual to manage a range of responsibilities, from handling communications and reception duties to supporting Co-Founders and the Office Manager with project management, stock reconciliation, and diary management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the client's professional and efficient office environment.Key Responsibilities:Answering and directing telephone calls, ensuring excellent customer service.Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone and email.Managing and coordinating various projects.Reconciling stock and payments, including invoicing and payment processing.Greeting visitors and clients at reception with a professional and welcoming demeanour.Maintaining and updating the client's database and filing systems.Scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking rooms, and managing diaries.Preparing, organising, and securely storing information in both digital and paper formats.Handling logistics such as arranging post and deliveries.Collaborating closely with the Co-Founders and Office Manager to support daily operations.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and work independently.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong punctuality and attendance record.Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a strong advantage.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Industry:Luxury AssetsThe client is looking for a motivated and skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
