A well-established business services company in the West End of London near Piccadilly Circus is now looking for a Planner to join their Administration team. You'll work with the Customer Service and Consultants team to manage their diaries and scheduling client visits. This is an immediate start, permanent, hybrid position paying a salary of up to £32,000 for the right candidate.

The company is a long-established and financially stable business with a warm and friendly atmosphere and is an ideal role for someone who wants to start a career in administration in a great company, or an experienced Planner looking for their next move.

The team are very welcoming with a great company culture and there are plenty of opportunities to socialise outside of work - with summer BBQs, pub quizzes, and others!

As the successful Planner, you will:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage designated Consultant diaries.
  • Amending or adjusting diary entries as required.
  • Develop an excellent working relationship with consultants - liaising with them to ensure their schedules are kept up to date.
  • Monitoring the Planning team's inbox and responding to client email in a timely manner.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.

The successful Planner should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to learn and develop.
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.

Salary and Benefits: This role is an immediate start permanent position paying up to £32,000 for the right candidate. The working hours are 8:30 -6pm Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options 2 days a week.
