Responsibilities:

As an Administrator/Order Processor, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our client's International Sales Department. You will work closely with the International Sales Director, providing support and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily customer order fulfilment in collaboration with the Warehouse and Production teams
  • Processing and routing orders, tracking for timely response
  • Assisting clients with product and sales inquiries
  • Coordinating with distribution centres, logistics, and sales teams for order execution
  • Analysing data, identifying opportunities, and creating reports and presentations
  • Implementing the company's policies and goals
  • Supporting the International Sales Director in pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and sales reports
  • Managing client's Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
  • Contributing to marketing plans and executing marketing initiatives
  • Enhancing brand visibility and engagement through digital initiatives and social media management
  • Coordinating prospecting efforts to penetrate new markets and expand the client base
  • Organising client training sessions and visits
  • Ensuring product compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Managing international conferences and trade fairs

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in the beauty industry (2-5 years preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCommercial acumen within the beauty industry and international sales sectorAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel and PowerPointBasic knowledge of exporting and regulatory affairs in the beauty industryExperience with SAGE 200 is essential
