### **What You'll Do**

- **Own the Office:** Be the go-to person for all things office-related, from maintaining impeccable standards to managing supplies and meeting spaces. Supporting the leadership team with admin tasks.

- **Shape the Culture:** Help arrange our social activities to promote engagement, inclusivity, and fun - think organising events such as team summer sports days, after work drinks, celebration venues, annual Christmas, Easter and Halloween events and more

- **Be the Glue:** Support our People and Senior Teams with admin expertise and a can-do attitude.

- **Drive Innovation:** Bring fresh ideas to improve processes and elevate the employee experience.

- **Client experience:** Meet and greet visitors, book meetings and refreshments

### **What You Bring**

This is an entry level role so we are not worried about limited admin experience - we will train you. WE are looking for the following attributes:

- Stellar communication and organisational skills.

- A keen eye for detail and a knack for multitasking.

- Confidence with tools like Google Workspace, and Excel. (Ideal not essential)
