Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team at a leading residential sales and lettings company based in North London, dedicated to providing high-quality services to their landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers. As an Administrator, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the lettings admin. They will be responsible for handling rent payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records ( Training Provided)
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Process rent payments from tenants and ensure timely collection of rental income.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and track all financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of rent payments, expenses, and other financial data.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, tenants, and vendors regarding financial matters.
Customer Service:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property sector (sales and lettings experience is advantageous).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience with property management software (desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations confidently.
