Full-Time Temporary

9-5 office based

Our client is looking for a Temporary Administrator to support their Property and Facilities Department . You will provide full administrative support including diary management, handling enquires and relevant correspondence.

Key Responsibilities as Administrator:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Property and Facilities Department
  • Effective prioritisation of incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries.
  • Drafting correspondence and reports as required.
  • Organise and service meetings.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes or notes as required.
  • Maintain all legal documentation ensuring information is stored appropriately, kept up to date, and deadlines for compliance and renewal are monitored.

Key Requirements:

  • A good standard of education to GCSE (maths and English grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • PA or admin experience particularly experience of drafting, to a high standard, correspondence and papers for internal and external use.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and its supporting applications, (in particular Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook).
  • Good organisational skills and a flexible approach
  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision; use initiative and make appropriate decisions;
  • Prioritise a full workload; balance competing pressures and respond quickly where necessary.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be able to work to demanding deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Have a confident and pleasant manner when dealing with individuals at all levels.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
