We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant for our office to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the administrative assistant role include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software.
- Strong Outlook, Word, Excel Skills.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence, letters and forms.
- Assist on the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system (You will be shown how to use our online system)
- Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
