This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support to the Board and Business Management Unit (BMU).The successful candidate will be key to ensuring smooth operations, acting as a vital link between the Board, applicants, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative assistance to the Board and BMU.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, managing telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally. Oversee the shared inbox to address queries promptly.
  • Organise and schedule meetings for the Board and BMU, ensuring effective diary management.
  • Provide support during interviews, acting as a liaison for applicants, consultees, and Board members.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings as required.
  • Manage orders for stationery, catering, and other supplies.
Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills, including diary and meeting management.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement systems
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to meet varying demands
