- Deliver high-quality administrative assistance to the Board and BMU.
- Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, managing telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally. Oversee the shared inbox to address queries promptly.
- Organise and schedule meetings for the Board and BMU, ensuring effective diary management.
- Provide support during interviews, acting as a liaison for applicants, consultees, and Board members.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings as required.
- Manage orders for stationery, catering, and other supplies.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
- Strong organisational skills, including diary and meeting management.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement systems
