Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing for MMIs (multiple mini interviews), including room set up, printing of registers and other documents, and set up of applicants on the assessment software (Qpercom).
  • Recruiting and briefing student ambassadors, who help to run the MMI day.
  • Providing presentations to assessors and applicants, talking them through the processes they'll be following.
  • Invigilating the interviews, ensuring they are running smoothly.
  • Troubleshooting any issues that occur during the interview, e.g. software/IT issues, applicant and assessor queries.

Profile

Person specification:

  • Previous customer service/events experience would be beneficial.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Be able to problem solve under pressure.
  • Be comfortable presenting in front of groups of people.
