A new opportunity has arisen for an Allocator and Administration Assistant. Responsibilities will be for allocation of stock, impacting success and profitability of stores and concessions. This role will alsosupport warehouse, retail and head office with a range of administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocating for concessions in UK and overseas

  • Communicating with the Field Team and stores about stock levels, bestsellers and VM

  • Tracking and processing stock transfers

  • Arranging Stock recalls

  • Compiling product information files

  • Supporting the Stores Area Manager to ensure stock takes are completed

  • Sales data entry

  • Generate weekly sales analysis report packs

  • Manually enter invoices onto in-house system

  • Generate comparison reports for overall sales

  • Manually enter data for wholesale purchases

  • Assist Office Manager with answering the office telephone

  • Manually create product photo lists in excel for sale items ready for sale launch

  • Booking travel and accommodation when required

Requirements

  • Intermediate user of MS Excel and Outlook

  • Strong numeracy skills

  • Experience of Fashion Master is desirable but not essential

  • Worked in an admin-based role, managing high volumes of data and information

  • Great organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Confident communicator (verbal and written) across all levels

  • Able to work at pace
