BD and Marketing AdministratorAre you an experienced administrator with a background in LLPs, law, or consultancy?  Our client, a leading European intellectual property firm, is looking for a proactive BD and Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic Business Development team.  About the role:
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate client database.
  • Organising meetings, updating BD calendars, and managing subscriptions and registrations.
  • Handling event administration, from planning meetings to monitoring registrations and producing reports.
  • Creating and maintaining presentations for both internal and external use.
  • Supporting processes for new joiners, including website updates and photo sessions
About you:
  • Experience in LLPs, law firms, or consultancy environments is highly beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Experience of working independently and completing routine tasks without supervision
  • The ability to work in an accurate and methodical manner, adopting a logical approach to prioritising and completing tasks
  • A willingness to learn
  • Experience of working to and meeting tight deadlines
