A brand new opportunity for a recent business development and marketing graduate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including updating and circulating business development (BD) calendars, maintaining the weekly office organiser, and scheduling meetings for team members.
- Manage all administrative aspects of the firm's client database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and oversee the subscriptions and registrations mailbox, ensuring timely responses and updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client conflict information.
- Assist with event administration, such as coordinating meetings, tracking registrations, and generating reports.
- Prepare, update, and organize presentations for the BD team and other firm members.
- Support onboarding processes for new joiners and staff changes, including updating website biographies and coordinating photography sessions.
- Research potential events for fee earners to attend and provide recommendations to the team.

- Demonstrated experience working independently and completing routine tasks efficiently without direct supervision.

The role will be based from their London office and offers a generous hybrid working policy. Ideally, you will have a min 2:1 from a Russell Group University.
