A brand new opportunity for a recent business development and marketing graduate:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine administrative tasks, including updating and circulating business development (BD) calendars, maintaining the weekly office organiser, and scheduling meetings for team members.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the firm's client database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and oversee the subscriptions and registrations mailbox, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client conflict information.
  • Assist with event administration, such as coordinating meetings, tracking registrations, and generating reports.
  • Prepare, update, and organize presentations for the BD team and other firm members.
  • Support onboarding processes for new joiners and staff changes, including updating website biographies and coordinating photography sessions.
  • Research potential events for fee earners to attend and provide recommendations to the team.

Skills and Qualities Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and completing routine tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and logical prioritization.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the role.

The role will be based from their London office and offers a generous hybrid working policy. Ideally, you will have a min 2:1 from a Russell Group University.
