Job Title: Business Support Administrator

Hourly Rate: £13 - £14 per hour
Working Pattern: Part-Time, Monday to Thursday, 9am-5:30pm (30 hours per week)

Our client, a dynamic organisation based in Southwark, London, is seeking a temporary Business Support Administrator to join their team for an exciting 1-month contract, with the possibility of extension. What You'll Do:
As a Business Support Administrator, your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Front of House: Manage phone and email inquiries, assist with events, and support member benefits.
- Community Spaces: Administer and market community spaces, handle bookings, and ensure they are well-maintained (mainly managed by the team).
- Office Coordination: Provide general office support, conduct data entry, manage supplies, and assist with team projects.
- Governance and Meetings: Support governance activities, team meetings, and social events.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients, handle referrals, and assist with ad-hoc deliveries.
- CRM Management: Update and manage client data on a rolling basis.
- Communications Support: Help the communications team by reaching out to local businesses for promotional offers.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Skills: Excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative or office support roles, event coordination, and data management is desirable.
- Attributes: Proactive, tech-savvy, highly organised, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
