This role consists of supporting the day-to-day processes and ensuring the smooth running of one of London's esteemed Universities.

Essential criteria

1. Demonstrable knowledge and skills of business operations acquired through previous roles.

2. Confidence and experience in processing financial transactions & knowledge of financial systems in a large organisation.

3. IT skills (including Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and experience of utilising digital technology in day-to-day work.

4. Proven communication and interpersonal skills in order to receive, understand and relay day to day operational information to various groups.

5. Able to work independently, and as part of a team contributing to broader team goals and objectives.

6. Good organisation and time management skills, with ability to organise workload and manage competing priorities.

7. Good accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to follow and adapt to new procedures and processes in a timely manner.

8. Proactive approach and able to problem solve.
